I have fond memories of my brief time in Kenosha; my family moved here in 1957, and in 1961 I left for college; I received degrees in Mathematics from MIT and Northeastern University.

It is difficult to adequately describe a technical career developing computer software. Briefly, I worked for IBM, Mitre, Wang and Siemens plus a few smaller companies. I worked in systems programming, online accounting applications, computer networking and network management, and developed networking software for heart monitoring equipment.

My parents, now deceased, settled in Dunkirk, NY, where my father topped off his career as the Superintendent of Schools; my brother, Roger, lives there still with his family.

I married my wife, Gloria, in 1968. She was a third grade teacher. We have two sons, George and Steve, and now four grandchildren, whom we care for as much as possible. They are Sam, Jack, Marissa and Ella.

In retirement, we are involved with the grandchildren, we travel somewhat, and I personally enjoy the recent merger of 2 fields: computers (profession) and photography (hobby).
