Tom was a master at the accordian, and with many things musical. I spent many days with him at his house on 27th ave, climbing trees and doing things 12 year olds do. He was often in my classroom at columbus and while our worldly interests were quite different we were, for some reason, personally compatible. I often think fondly of him and his skill on the accordian, he seemed like a magician to me.

So sorry to hear about Thom.  Is there an obituary?  My memory of Thom is that at 16 or 17 he was already a true eccentric.  High praise in my book.

I also knew Thom as a friend in school  at Columbus and  Lincoln  JR High and High School... We were also together  in the Masonic DeMolay  group.    There, besides the accordian, Thom also played the organ in DeMolay meetings and gatherings.  We did many things together and traveled to DeMolay meetings and gatherings  all year long and also in the summer week long summer camps together all over the state.  As we went our separate ways after Bradford, going away to school,  we omly saw each other a few times after that.  I knew of Thom's passing and I too would like to know and see if there is an obituary  to help bring closure. I lived on 27th Avenue also and went to his house I believe it was Wednesday night to watch "Wonderful Workd of Disney" because we did not have a television set. I kid you not.  I can't say I remember him playing the accordan or organ.  My brain is getting old I guess.  But Thom was a lot of fun in school and out.  I think that is all all of us wanted to do; get OUT of school.
