Dennis Ogren

February 4, 1943 - August 17, 2025

Dennis M. Ogren, 82, of Kenosha, WI, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie.

Born on February 4, 1943, in Kenosha, WI, he was the son of the late August Walter and Helga (Hansen) Ogren. He graduated from Bradford High School.

On November 20, 1976, he married Anita L. Smith at Trinity Lutheran Church.

Dennis was employed by American Motors/Chrysler for 34 years, until his retirement in 2001.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting, and collecting. Most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Anita Ogren of Kenosha, WI; five children, Todd (Julie) Ogren of Franklin, WI, Chad (Lori) Ogren of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Erik (Becky) Ogren of Bristol, WI, Craig (Kim) Ogren of Mt. Pleasant, WI and Amanda Ogren of Kenosha, WI; six grandchildren, Ryan, Mackenzie, Samuel, Melanie, Ruby and Adeline; and four great-grandchildren, Milo, Huxley, Nora and Emmy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
